I want something that people can login to and submit a support ticket.... I needs to ask the Name, Room, Building, Description of Problem. Then it will send me an email telling me there is a new support ticket and allows me to reply with when I will be able to come fix it.... Thats pretty much the gist of what I need it to do... Anybody have a reccomendation if there is a prog like that or will I need to write it?

I used anything from Lotus notes and email to Vantive using an Oracle backend. Any of them will work, it just depends on how much you want to spend and how many features you want it to have. For the purpose you have stated, I would make a form on a secure internal webpage. You can set it up to accept logins and use the "submit" button to email you and perhaps add the ticket into a database somewhere.
