Nope, Dialpad just switched to charging I think. I went to make a call since I had my account when it was free, and it loaded fine so I thought no worries, but then after making like a 20 sec call, there were all these ads to choose which plan you want and stuff. So I guess they are charging now. Sad such a nice service had to resort to that

Last year I was even able to call Germany for free. Oh man, good old times.
