ISP's are dropping like flies these days, and finding a free ISP is impossible.

the article goes on to list 6 low cost ISP deals, from $5.95 a month at big zoo if you pay for 6 months up front, to $9.95 at netzero/juno and worldshare

there could be other deals, but clark howard is the cheapest man alive and if he doesn't have it listed, well...

About the only decent free ones now are Juno/Netzero, but like Spanky said, they limit you to 10 hours a month.

Good luck in finding a good ISP which doesn't limit you to 10 hours a month which I would use up in 2 days.

As mentioned above a good cheap ISP is BigZoo.net which offers:
1. Great Rates
2. 150 hrs / month Internet Access
3. Real-time usage tracking
4. Bigzoo.net e-mail address
5. Up to 56k Internet speeds
6. Nationwide access numbers
7. Self-Help Installation and support
8. No Banner Ads
9. Keep your current Instant Messaging program

Even better news, BigZoo.net is available in your area:
