What's a good FileSharing Program?

I need to get a ~600mb file from a friend and I remember reading about a direct file sharing program where he could directly stream it to me... Problem is that I don't remember the name.

BTW, I tried setting up a FTP server, but COX blocks port 21. And when I switch to any other port I get a bad data connection error. So that option isn't good.

If you're just sending between you two, you can just use an instant messanger program. AIM does it for sure.

I could never really get Azureus to work right. BitSpirit always worked for me, very nice interface.

i like bit torrent. using the latest azurues, you can make a decentralized torrent so you don't have to worry about setting up a tracker and forwarding the necessary tracker ports and stuff. i think dht is the coolest thing ever so far!

yousendit.com is pretty good too.
