Looking for a good electric razor as a gift for somebody. In the sub-$85 range. Know of any good ones? And is there a good place to get them?

He complains of bleeding a lot when shaving. A straight-edge would only make it worse.

I bought a Remington electric and regret switching from Norelco. I wanted to see what the deal with the Titanium family was and it's crap. The cut was poor and the head is not as easy to pop on and off like my Norelco. Also with my old Norelco you could rotate the head to fit it on 3 diferent ways, the Remington only fits one way. I find that the bottom head doesn't do any cutting when I shave, so its hard to get an even amount of wear on the blades without being able to move them around.
