Nah, I have six fillets to cook over the coming week, I'll probably do two for each meal and just have lots of chicken.

Any good recipes that even a po college student can make?

take 2 of your chicken breasts.. and 2 squares of aluminum foil. put one chicken on each piece. you can cut them up in bits first, or leave them whole.

cut a small zucchini in half and then slice it and put half on top of each chicken
slice 2 roma tomatoes and put half on top of each chicken.
slice half an onion in wedges and put half on each chicken.
you can chop up some green pepper in biggish chunks and add that too if you want.
drizzle 1 tablespoon of pesto over each pile of food.

put another square of foil on top and fold up the edges nice and tight to make pockets of food. you can put them on the grill and cook them, or you can bake them at 375 for 25 minutes or so. mmmmm. make some rice to go with. :)

Never heard of canine pepper. Is it something like catnip?

I'm marinading mine in Lemon Herb Marinade right now :)

Easy dish - cook the chicken breast in a pan. Cook your pasta of choice. Get some pesto or marinara sauce. Put all together. Decent meal which doesn't take too long

marinade in freshly squeezed lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil for 30 mins. Saute in frying pan with no extra oil, until it's cooked and browned on outside. I love lemon chicken.

just pour some cream of mushroom soup over it and bake it.

or you could make chicken cassarole. cook the chicken, the cut it into bit size pieces. mix it with some cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup. top with stove top and then bake some more until the stove top is done. serve with some veggies and mashed potatos. good and cheap.

Hidden Valley Ranch Dip packet (the mix stuff)
8 oz. Sour Cream

Mix those two together. Spread over chicken. Put it in oven at 400 for about 25 minutes, then pour some cheese (Kraft Italian usually) and let it cook another 5 minutes.

That is how you make Ranch Chicken.
