prince of egypt? You're right, great animation, but horrible, horrible, horrible songs...terrible!

One of my friends is a Disney animation freak, so I've seen alot. Aladdin, Lion King, Toy Story 1/2, and all of the old ones (there was some pretty dark stuff in some of them :Q). Atlantis does look way cool too!

Anybody remember The Black Cauldron? That was a good one too. The series of books it came from were excellent...some of the best books I read in my childhood.

hehe...I just got back from Orlando/Disneyworld today, actually. :)

This is how I see it... for the animated ones only...

The Little Mermaid started the 'comeback.' Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin continued it, and the Lion King was the climax. DAMN that was one gorgeous movie. Everyone after it has been ok, except for Pocahontas which sucked majorly. Although the Vanessa Williams song was pretty good.

So from best to ok, the top five are:
Lion King (the best by far! nothing else comes close)
Aladdin
Beauty and the Beast (this and Aladdin are pretty close for second place)
Mulan
Little Mermaid
Hunchback

and the classics such as 101 Dalmations follow...

Pocahontas was horrible.

Remember the Titans was good, so was Toy Story...
