not to be too harsh, but you're an idiot if your main motivations to traverse the atlantic are to drink, gamble, and pickup hos.
 
When I was in Sevilla, I would walk home a lone for 4 miles from downtown at 2AM in the morning. I would never consider doing that here in Richmond.

On the same note, there's portugal

you got to be kidding. Madrid is one of the most highly visited tourist spots in Europe. I have been there several times and it is certainly a tourist city. Portugul as well, but Portugual is very tourist friendly compared to Spain.
