something like my old radeon 8500... good for everything ..

im a fan of ati... dvi &amp; tv-out nice but not a must... dont care about performance/3d -- its for computer at home
 
for that price not a whole lot I'd ad a 20 bucks to that and you proubly could grab a used 9700np off the forums which would be a very good performer

Since he said no-gaming, a Radeon 8500/9100/9200 should be more than enough. Maybe a 9600 also but that would be more expensive with similar 2d IQ. Also a cheap Matrox...
