What's a good business to start with $1000?

I have already started a business, so I kind of know the process of that. I started it a few years ago when I was in high school, just so I could get my business ID so I could see the wholesale prices on stuff. But the one place I wanted to check prices (IngramMicro I think) made you pay $100 first. I didn't want to pay $100 just to find out that you had to make a huge minimum order or something, so I just closed my business :)
