Um, no offense, but that's a huge waste of money. You do not need any sort of machine or complicated equipment to work your biceps. There is a huge range of equipment that is cheaper, more versatile and can work your biceps far better, including the pull-up bar, a set of gymnastics rings, a barbell, a dumbbell, or a kettlebell.

I recommend a set of dumbells with weight to add as you get stronger and a door mounted pullup bar. You really don't need anything else.

Forget the machine. My gym has one of those and it's awful. Somehow it just doesn't seem to make my biceps burn like free weights. It feels awkward and it doesn't work the muscle effectively.

If you're absolutely dead-set on getting a bench for curls, go with the latter (a preacher curl bench with separate curl bar) rather than the former. However, as others have mentioned, unless your home gym is uber-l33t and this is the only piece of equipment you're missing, your money would likely be better spent elsewhere.

I personally perform preacher curls regularly, and find that they provide a noticeable benefit when included in my bicep routine. However, a preacher curl bench would probably be the very last piece of equipment I'd buy for my house.
