I called in sick today, I said I had hurt my back moving furniture (which was kind of true, although it wasn't anywhere near bad enough to actually keep me from going in).

I am gonna do the same thing tomorrow!

I was trying to think of a good excuse, too.

Are you not in the position to just request a day off in an honest fashion? I would try that first. If not, I'd go with food poisoning.

I had one once...stuck it out in school. Trying to take notes in a history class with a migraine while almost puking all over your desk every couple of minutes really sucks.

cant be too young for a migraine. i've had 2 real bad ones in my life, and im only 19. god, migraines suck. makes you want to stick an icepick in your head.....if your boss has ever even had a mild one, he'll understand.
