You can use anytime, I get 8, Ive used 4 so far, mostly for days I didn't feel like working (sundays)

Then why dont they call it extra PTO or just add 4 to their existing PTO. WTF?

I get 4 weeks of PTO aswell, don't know. Maybe Tax reasons? *shrug*

Is that 28 business days? or 20 days?

tell us how you were able to get a job?

1. They don't carry over to next year (as has been pointed out)
2. The number of floating holidays may depend on the number of actual company holidays that year. I get 12 total holidays per year. If there are 8 company holidays, I get 4 floating holidays. If there are 10 company holidays, I get 2 floatin holidays.

it varies, it's either a holiday that you can use yourself whenever, or a holiday for your office that varies. I have 4 floating holidays, 2 that the office chooses, and 2 that I can choose. Basically they're extra vacation.
