I need to lose weight.
I'm motivated right now, i just need direction.
I've been....well....husky all my life.
Graduated high school at 225, muscular, but with a 'spare tire'
During college i got down to 195 with my hellaciously physical summer job.
Turning 21 and landing a sweet office job has done very bad things.
I stopped drinking (heavily) years ago, but I never stopped gaining weight.
I'm now around 320
I have very busy life: a full time job, a home-based business, two kids (8 and 8months).
I don't have a whole lot of free time, but i can muster up at least 30 minutes a day for exercise.
I want to do it.
I know i need to change my diet, and i want to do that too.
I want to buy a piece of exercise equipment to help (plus if i spend a bunch of money, it will help me stay motivated)
What should i buy to exercise? I was thinking of a eliptical trainer, would that be good?
Any tips for what to eat and what type of exercise routine/schedule i should do?
I know i'm opening myself up for a lot of teasing...but right now i don't care.
I want to be healthy, and be there for my kids when they grow up.
Please help
