What's a decent MOBO for a 1.6 P4?

Just just got a system from my friend and it has pretty okay stuff on it but I want pretty much gut the SOB and put better stuff in there. The only problem I have is what MOBO and RAM to get. Have any suggestions?

Just want a bare bone MOBO.
 
Sorry about that I just checked and it's a 1.8 P4 chipset

I have no idea what socket pin it is. I never took it apart and see what's the specs.
It looks like he upgraded few times on the thing
