Both M$ Outlook (or express), and Eudora (which I've never liked).

Preferably something small (unbloated) and fast with decent features ( IMAP, Plugins, Filtering, etc. )

Just curious.
 
Lotus Notes comes to mind, but I'm not sure how good it is or how it looks. I just heard learned that you can use it to read e-mails. 😛
