Whats a better ram slot setup ?

ok i have a 128mb stick and a 256mb stick of DDR pc2100 ram. currently the 256 is in slot 1 and the 128 in slot 2. is there a difference in performance if it were switched? (gaming) or.,. anything.?
 
That's how I would put them, slot 1 is usually closest to the CPU/Northbridge so would have the fastest access time, but realistically I don't think you would notice any real world difference either way.
