One of my coworkers always says irregardless. He is a really smart guy and one of the head honcho's at our company. But I cringe everytime he uses it talking to a client. I don't have the heart, nads or what not to tell him he's been wrong all of these years.

If you're going to use apostrophes, use them right.
The comma goes before the ending apostrophe, like this:
