I know some forums running adsense that get around 230,000 uniques a month and average around $125 a day so I don't see why almost 2 million uniques a month can't get you towards $800-1000 a day.

Same thing most likely. This is out of control too. I mean really, what kind of different site could you have that would accrue any type of revenue? The domain name may get a lot of traffic, but they can't sell ip info I wouldn't assume. The only thing I could think of is advertisements....well maybe that would be rather substantial .

Um it probably will still be used for the same purpose, so it'll still satisfy your needs, just with ads. Now if you are against having ads on your ip checking site, then I can see a reason to look elsewhere.
