I forgot the friggin title, but just thought of it. It was available online, only had like 6 episodes. but i thought they were still filming. anyone got any ideas?

it was about tech support, and these 2 guys worked it in the basement for the company, and there was a chick who knew nothing about tech to manage them.
 
I remember that, I learned about it here and watched the first episode. "The ..." something I think it was called.
