Whatever happened to that Cobra Mustang being abused by a mechanic issue?

Remember a couple of months ago, some girl took her brand new Cobra Mustang to the dealership to get a few things checked out (lack of acceleration I think). Some mechanic over there took it for a joy ride and posted about it on a message board. He even posted her license plate number. She found out and there was a huge hoopla over this matter. The mechanic got fired and the girl was gonna persue further legal action. That is all I followed it upto. Anyone know what the current situation is?
 
I remember the thread and went back to the Mustang forum to find an update.... If I'm not mistaken (I may be dreaming), the chick got a new car from the dealer because I remember some pics being posted about it.
 
She will recieve, When she needs it: Free Clutch, Free Goodyears, Break Braking System, Transmission stuff, and Free Service, if I remember correctly. And they fired the SVT Tech.

If only he would not have been dumb enough to boast about it.

Now lets move on to the other issue at hand. Anyone heard of this Subaru WRX kid who modded his car too much and burned out the engine? He talks about this on a forum. He says that he will unmod it and get the warranty repair done. Well, someone on the forum emails a subaru dealer about it and when he shows up at the dealership, they already know him!!!!
 
What relation does a Cobra snake have to a Mustang horse? My friend suggested fast as a horse and quick as a snake.
