Whatever happened to Street Fighter?

I loved the characters in street fighter. Anyone think capcom is going to release another game? Or are they pretty much dead.
 
I think people after like a decade began to realize that the characters looked exactly as they did in street fighter 1.

i dunno what else they could have done to the game. i loved sf2 & 3.... never really played sf 1 tho.
 
As far as Capcom milking their old franchise, they've moved on Resident Evil. Aren't you happy with the 20 or so Street Fighter games that're already out?
 
It made a brief appearance in Mega Man X. If you found a certain item in every level, then went to a certain location on the mining level, megaman got the power to fire Ken's fireball. You did the quarter circle and fire button to use it, and he said Ha-do-ken when he did it. Capcom rules. 😀
 
Street Fighter became retarded when they released 18 billion versions of it with essentially the same characters and moves rehashed in every version. Adding Capcom vs Marvel was a nice touch but it's been dead for a long time.

I also liked the street fighter style marvel series... also the marvel vs capcom... up until they got rid of the six button for attack and the last two are now some sort of combo buttons...

Kylie Minogue was in Street Fighter. I remember one scene where she shot a rocket launcher and bent over. The one redeeming scene in the movie 🙂

i have marvel vs capcom, xmen vs sf, marvel super heroes vs sf, sfa2, and sfa3 on PC. You can't believe how many hours i've wasted playing them. Cheaper than using quarters, but time ain't free either.

Capcom has more Mega Man games out than any other franchise, afaik.
