Can't believe the only mention Yuengling got was that it's OK for a cheap beer. I think, for the price, you just can't beat it. Now, of course I'm VERY bias being that I've grown up with it here in Eastern PA but man .. if they sell it down in nice (of the few I visited .. 35$+ entree) restaurants in DC it can't be just OK.. shrug.

Lots of good ones have been mentioned. Besides those, I also like JW Dundee Honey Brown Ale.

try Elephant (7.2%) - the local microbrew (Appalacian) has this stuff called Volksweisenbock, good times, if you can get it

Only beers i've liked are Guiness and Newcastle. I love a good newcastle to chill out with after taking shots
