Actually, I like cooking burgers at home. I make up a little blackening seasoning and do 'em that way. I use a little black/red pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, and paprika. Mix it all up, and sprinkle on the patties, then use a fork to punch it into the meat patties. Then use the fork and lighly pound on the patties to close the holes. Cook, then enjoy. Hmm, good stuff.
