I learned to make omlettes again. Bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, and cheddar. Absolutely delicious. Certifiably full.

(I'm on summer break and I've been stuck on compulsory meal plans for the past 3 years, so cooking is a foreign art to me.)

a bowl of cinnamon life that was pretty good. I'm not a big breakfast eater, although I did consistently eat hash browns and scrambled eggs in addition to cereal during the school year when I was on a meal plan.

A ham and cheese hot pocket. I hate them, but I ran out of milk so I couldn't have my usual bowl of cereal.

i went for a jog / run and when i came back i had:

1) reduced sodium V8
2) banana
3) one crispy taco from last night
4) some water

'twas good... though the taco was probably not so healthy, especially since i had some last night.

I thought I was so content with my omlette fiasco... but hearing all the good things has made me warmer and fuzzier than before. I should add that my breakfast is really more of a lunch since I was up all night. =)
