(4PM to 2:30 AM @ $8.50 an hour washing dishes at TGI Friday's) I feel like a major bum and I'm wondering if any of you were like this or are right now. I don't plan to be like this next summer, hell no but is this what you did when you were unemployeed? Probably not I presume.

I'm 17 now, I work 40 hours a week at $10.00 CDN / hour doing IT work at an office. It beats sitting around doing nothing..

Oh yeah, when I was 16 I did landscaping outside (pulling weeds all day, spraying weedkiller, that sort of crap) for $7 CDN an hour.

The summer that I was 16 for the whole summer was the summer before my senior year in high school. Before my junior year, I was only 15, so I couldn't get a job. But that next summer, when I was 16, I had a job working 30-40 hours at Kmart.

1973, same year as my car. 150 miles looking for girls, ha, what a waste of fuel and effort.

It was this summer! This is what my schedule was:
Got up around 1 pm to 3 pm.
Got on my computer.
Played CS, WC3, and other games.
And played until 3 or 4 in the morning.
The cycle begins again. :D

I'm with him: Wake up at 12, play QIII for about six hours, look up words (weird habit I have), read some books, let dogs out, clean up excess sh!t or piss from my five dogs, bathe occasionally. Repeat until the weekends where I drive around a little in my car. This sort of routine makes you feel worthless in my opinion especially when your entire family works from 7 to 8 and friends are all employeed and left to do nothing.
