you know that everytime you take off the lid on a slow cooker, it increases the cook time about 10 minutes because of all the heat that is lost?

I've got a pecan pie and apple dumplings sitting on my counter still cooling from the oven. There's a turtle cheesecake in the fridge. There's cheese and potato pierogies and steak sitting in my stomach. There's fudge, caramel, and chocolate covered everything coming in the next two days.

The holiday season rocks my socks. Anyone at U of I is free to stop by for goodies.
