So I been watching this spy show and apparently there was this problem that had to be addressed at the end of season 2.

Let's say there is a secret facility that is dedicated to training assassins. These assassins were trained almost 24/7, so they are highly specialized in assassination.
Lets say command has been shifted in this facility and you are in charge of this decision:
Would you terminate everyone inside this facility, or do you let them live?

These are highly trained operatives mind you.
