I've ordered over the net for years and never been burned, but I'm a little worried now. I ordered a case, mb, 128M ram, cpu and sound card($28.00). It gets here and I open it up. In the enlight case is the motherboard, and instruction manual. Missing is the sound card, ram, cpu, and driver CD fro the motherboard. I call the dealer, and he says the orders are checked twice before leaving, and says I should file a claim with UPS.
Now am I wrong, but would someone open a box, take out the case, open the case (2 screws), take out everything except the $140.00 motherboard, close the case and repackage the box? Does this seem plausible?
I'm afraid I may be getting ripped off. What do you think?
