What would you recommend I upgrade? Where are the weakpoints?

I am looking to upgrade the weak links in my gaming pc. I think that I need a better harddrive and want a tv tuner just for flipping channels...no recording necessary but remote required. Here's what I have now:

Case/PSU:
Antec NSK 4480
Antec 380w earthwatts psu

Mobo/Processor
Gigabyte P35-DS3L mobo
Intel e2180 @ 3ghz w/ arctic cooler freezer 7 pro

GPU:
MSI 8800GT OC

Ram:
2x1gb G.Skill pc6400 DDR2

DVD-RW- Lite-On dvd-rw lightscribe sata

Harddrive:
80gb Western Digital Caviar SE 8mb cache ide

Monitor:
BenQ 24" G2400W 1900x1200 1080p hdmi/dvi/vga

Speakers/keyboard/mouse:
Logitech Z-5300e 5.1 speakers
Microsoft wirless comfort keyboard/mouse

Windows XP SP2

Would a new 7200rpm 16mb cache SATA harddrive increase load times or anything? I haven't got the monitor delivered yet, but I hope my 8800gt oc is going to hold up @ 1900x1200

What is a cheap basic tv tuner with a remote that I can use to replace my tv for standard cable?

it would help with load times, but nothing significant. You might blink a few times less while waiting for some long loads.
Depending on the game, the 8800GT might have some problems at that resolution.

I just got the visiontech ati 650 tuner card.

The only reason I want to upgrade is to run my new 24" lcd monitor @ 1900x1200. I haven't even tried it yet with the 8800gt, but I will be able to today

At high resolutions the only real weakpoint would be your videocard, depending on the amount of AA you intend on using. I wouldn't upgrade your videocard just yet though, rather wait for the new high-end videocards due out in 6 months or so ?
