it depends... I'd pick the death penalty in one of the states that is about to enact legislation against it. This way I can get a later sentencing, and perhaps into a lower-security prison in order to plot my mistake. In a worse-case scenario, I'd take some filet mignon, beef ribs, kfc, as my main course. Taiwanese night market snacks as my appetizer, and a giant mud pie for my dessert. My mode of death would be jumping drunk out of an airplane.
