What would you rather get(if convicted but innocent)

Lets say the perfect crime was committed to frame you. You are caught and found guilty in court despite your best effort to prove your innocence. You don't know who did it to you and you are 100% sure you're never going to get out of this. The judge offers one of 2 punishments:

Life without the possiblity of parole in the harshest maximum state "correctional" facility.
OR
Death row to be executed in 1 years time, with your own cell, last meal, last words, etc and your choice of execution.

What would you choose?

This is quite the dilemma, I don't think I could survive in prison... not hardened enough and when I go, it'll most likely be painful. At least in death row, you're fairly safe for a year, get your own cell, a last meal and sort of peace of mind knowing when and how you're gonna die.

Decide.

Life in prison actually has a small chance of getting out (it has happened in Canada)

Death would not allow for this chance though

Let for the sake of argument say you are *never* going to get out of prison.

Would I have internet access? I'd be interested in blogging my exploits in prison on ATOT.

Life in prison. Technology has proven individuals to be innocent many years after the alleged crime- I'll take my chances that way.

I want a porterhouse steak, medium rare, baked potato, with butter, sour cream, bacon, chives, and broccoli with cheese sauce for my final meal before they fill my veins with poison.

I couldn't stand being locked up for thirty years (which is how long I hope to live).

I'd take life. I think I could survive in prison. And if it turned out to be worse than death, I could just kill myself.

Give me death, I'd also request the sentence be carried out in a week and not a year.

EDIT: Forgot, I would request to be killed by a few shots in the head. I hate needles

having been to prison, it wasnt too bad

i knew many men didnt mind staying there. theres food, shelter and no wife nagging you

plus after about 10 years you'd get institutionalizsed anyway

you have to remember many doctors and scientists claim the lethal injection is an excruciating method of execution and not humane at all.

the anaesthetic administered is very short lived and the "patient" regainns consciousness during the process, which last around 15mins

Life....if I know I'll never get the conviction overturned, but know who framed me...you can bet your ass I'll be doing everything I can to setup a hit. There's no better place than prison to make those contacts.
