I'm (marginally) fluent in English; I've studied Japanese, Spanish, and Latin in the past, but really only retain Spanish. If I were to take any language now, I'd take Italian and Mandarin.

I hate the language to death, but if you're going to be in America in 15 years, you pretty much have to speak it.

me being not able to understand spanish, sat in a class room full of spanish speakers, and after 30 min i got a headache. i kind of put that on the bottom of the list ever since.
