Move to the middle of the line. Right as I approach, drop to the floor and roll into them like they are bowling pins. I will also use my arms and legs to make sure they trip and fall, and at least one gets pushed into the street.

Go straight through them. Appeasing shits like that is what's making younger generations so damn entitled.

I'm 100% about the Trajectory of Dominance in these situations. I use it all the time.

If I was in this situation I would likely be pushing the baby stroller, and when you have a stroller, you constantly assume the Trajectory of Dominance. People fall all over themselves to get out of your way, cars stop to let you cross even not at a crosswalk, and anyone who doesn't move out of the way is vilified by all those around him because he HATES BABIES.

baby strollers and pedestrians is kinda of like the number of cats you own rule.

meaning--1 to 2 cats, fine. 3 or more = crazy.

With baby strollers, no one has a problem with a the single stroller. That's life. But when you live in the city, walking on the sidewalk, and you see these assholes with their dual side-by-side strollers (and I've even seen larger) taking up every inch of the pathway--we start to have problems.

get the back-to-back stroller or stop pumping out kids if you can't share the planet with the rest of us.

I'm flexible and willing to accommodate difficult travelling situations, but won't accommodate pricks, especially pricks trying to act like bad asses. They can give way to me, or they can run into me, but I won't give them the pleasure of seeing me move.

What a bunch of little punks. I choose number 4 with an optional loop back to run into a couple more of them.

I would have done the same thing as you, but kept a hand on my wallet fearing they were pick pockets.

Well with those options I'd choose 4.

What I would really do would be stop, stare at the kid as he's walking towards. Well if he doesn't move he's gonna hit the ground lol. Of course he could try to lift me up and move me LOL! Good luck with that.

Because that shows more dominance imo. As you're just standing there without giving up any room, and making them give it all up (the kid in your path anyways).

Mainly cause I hate people like that. And lol at them pulling out knifes.. I'd smack the little pricks into the ground without hesitation. A gun on the other hand would be a tad more problematic, but if I lived in the city I'd also carry (if legal and if not I wouldn't be living in that city).

"T.o.D". I'm 6'4" and 225 lbs, and when I'm walking at a brisk pace most people like that will get out of my way.

Oddly enough, being a big guy, this never happens to me.

I was a bit surprised as at 6'2 220lbs with broad shoulders I was not tiny compared to them but....*shrug*

Shoulder checking 10 yr olds, Srsly?

Apparently a lot of people think like you in that city. It was in Ireland so maybe they were just too nice - everyone else was trying to walk around them. Thats what really what prompted me to make this post - I was surprised that everyone was putting up with this and was curious if that was a general trend. If they had made an effort to open a space that would be one thing but they didn't. We both had options and physics was on my side

I would have done the same thing as you, but kept a hand on my wallet fearing they were pick pockets.

I always keep my wallet in the front pocket of my jeans due to a habit gained from a back injury years ago. Its much harder to get out than if it was in my back pocket

Wouldn't put up with it , definitely ToD, but adding on the shoulder check just paints a picture of a grown man picking a fight with 5th graders.

I thought young groups of chavs routinely made trouble over there? Most people probably didn't want to risk the chance of getting mugged.
