Maybe you haven't. But I'm pretty sure both christians and muslims have defiled each others holy books and places while forcing religion on people in the past. Just because YOU don't see it happening now, doesn't mean it hasn't happened in the past.
Could care less what someone does to the bible(Or Koran for that matter), they could proclaim their undying devotion or wipe their ass with it for all I care. It's up to each person to decide if religion plays a part in their day to day life or not.
But this topic isn't about my opinion of religion, and it isn't about the bible or religion. It's about what we'd do to Bin Laden. And what better way to make him suffer then to defile what he considers his holy book?

I guess I just prefer a more 'creative' way of making someone pay for their crimes.
I would as quickly and quietly as possible end his miserable existence. Then I would call the police anonymously from a pay phone or something. . ."I think I saw a dead guy in an alley while I was walking home from a bar." Give them the location of the body, hang up.

Err you should realize that the US gov't basically let 9-11 happen. Investigations into Atta were railroaded repeatedly, wargames took place on 9-11 that mimicked the exact events taking place, confusing first responders, hundreds of millions of dollars were made on stock options on United and American airlines, the list goes on and on.
I would ask him nicely to spill the beans about his accomplices, if there were any foreign ones.
If he choose to not answer I would cut off his head with my trusty Tanto, bag it, and drop it off at the nearest law enforcement facility to claim my $$$.
If he choose to spill the beans I would turn him over, live, to local law enforcement and use the cash to hunt down his accomplices and attempt to gather intel to find out if they are responsible or not. If responsible I would take further steps to ensure they also spill the beans about their accomplices, so on and so forth until the house of cards falls down.
In reality any proof, if any did ever exist, has long been destroyed or made sure it was dead but you never know. People tend to be careless.

Ya notice that the airport was closed for 3 days after this incident which is not to catch the real criminals but as a means for their get away. I voted Kill Him without really thinking about it. I'd like to change my vote to law enforcement. I'd only shoot him in the leg to make sure he doesn't get away... Maybe twice. Then send him to jail and collect teh monies.
