we have 3 bedrooms, and they have done several duties over the last 20 years. Recently I lost my office to the guest room duties, and the guest room became a dedicated sewing room. I cut a 4' barn door into that room from the great room so it had a better access and felt like it was part of the main room.
Now I have a roll top desk in the dining room for office stuff, but that is going to change. It is too big. I'll build a custom desk for the space next year.
I'm not using them. It does not operate often.I was wondering about those, has your barn door been pretty reliable? They have floor guides, right?

I see those and I imagine an entire pot of coffee consumed, and blasting it out @ 140 WPMlol no way I'm reading all that
Does it have plumbing for adequate blood drainage? I'm uh, asking for a friend.

The hardware is from Johnson, and it is easy to install and very sturdy.

I did not want a heavy 4' wide door there so I married I couple of 6 panel hollow core 24"slabs with the biscuit joiner and a top and bottom hardwood splice.
They weigh possibly 15 pounds each.
Painted it all white to match the rest of the 6 panel doors.
