What would YOU do with 2 512 MB sticks of RAM?

Do you all think it is worth it to have 2 sticks of 512 MB PC2100 in your system... or maybe would I be better off selling/trading one of the sticks for something else?

I'm running WinXP Pro. Is there really any use for that much RAM in a gaming system?

If it were me, I would stick it in my machine. If you don't think you need that much sell a stick with your video card and get a geforce 4 or something.

No need for that much RAM unless you run video or sound editing.

512M is all you really are ever going to use in XP. Probably wouldn't even touch 384.

really trade it for what you paid you probally bought it cheap anyway! Unless your thinking of soon putting together another DDR ram system, I am and wish I had it! 512 is the sweet spot in XP. I use at the most about 256 Mb's of it, but its always good to have backup!

I'd use it all for 3D Studio max 4, use over 700Mb of Vmem as it is.

I think I am just going to use one of the 512's, try and trade up with my video card to get a better one.
