What would you do in this situation

I ordered some stuff from amazon the week before last and according to USPS tracking information it was delivered on Friday. Thing is I haven't received anything from the post office despite what the tracking information says. I called the post office and they pretty much said "We don't have the package." I haven't contacted the amazon seller, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to be fvcked out of 100 dollars since the website tracking says the package has been delivered.

I've asked my neighbors if they've received anything and they haven't. What makes the situation even stranger is that I had the package delivered to my office. I literally see the postal worker everyday as they pass by and they *definitely* didn't deliver anything on Friday

What are my best options for trying to get my item. I feel I'm pretty much fvcked.

Contact the seller to demand a refund. If they will not issue one, contact your credit card company and dispute the charge.

Amazon usually makes good on things. Just give them a ring.

Unfortunately this isn't amazon, it's a seller in their marketplace, I think they'd be less accommodating than amazon. I'll definitely try tho

Amazon's pretty hard on their sellers too. I'd give you a 70% shot of winning a A-Z guarantee. USPS tracking really doesn't mean shit since it doesn't have a signature.
