Patent it and then get venture capitol. I would most likely do this in the EU because then I could most likely have my company subsidized by the govt and they'll protect me and my invention for a slice of the pie or for free if I can provide a lot of jobs.

Kinda like "Ginger" ? Or the 150 mpg carbeurator that the oil companies keep on killing off?

I am sick and tired of Renault bowing to those damn French oil companies. Toyota and Honda must be hiding this technology also to protect all of the Japanese oil companies.

I would make some money off of it but try to allow people to use it. Maybe make it cost for businesses but free for the individual?

The oil companies haven't killed off any super-duper efficient carburator. There are plenty of super-duper efficient carburators in use. Granted, they're on teeny tiny model airplane engines...

Sorry, my ability to convey sarcasm must be slipping. What's truly sad is that my brother is a self-described "gearhead" who likes messing around with cars, and he actually believes that nonsense about the secret carbeurator/oil company conspiracy.

I'd let a German scientist hack my foot off and let him and his friends have their way with me. But the Flying Car will be mine!

If it was a "good" invention, (like the car engine that gets 200 mpg) I like the flood the internet suggestion. These days, it really IS possible to get information out so quickly that nobody could stop it, even if you are into all the conspiracy theories.

If it was a "dangerous" invention, I'd say sit on it and try very very carefully to sell it to an organization you "trust." Dangerous would be things like free electricity, humgoid bombs, super growth formulas that create 50 foot tall cows, etc. ;-)

If it was a time machine, stock market predictor, and/or invisibility ray - PARTY, PARTY, PARTY.
