I just received notice that my PS2 is in transit, and left Texas yesterday according to the tracking function.

Mine was delivered a week ago......

I'd email their customer service. If they ask for it back, send it. If they ignore their email, well... at least you tried.

PS: I once returned a $100 rebate check from emachines because I never bought an emachine!

It might be that there is a problem with their tracking system, this has happened to me several times with buy.com ( dunno where you bought your ps2) where my shipment arrived before they notified me that it had shipped.

After it arrives, call the company (you bought it from ) and let them know. Then it's your option to either buy it from them and resell it at an incredibly inflated price or send it back. Anything else is stealing and youmight as well vote Democrat at that point too.
