All nerd jokes aside, I fail to see how this is materially any different than what many women do every day - getting something they want in exchange for sex. This example's particularly blatant, and for something most of us think is laughable, but I've seen it done for less.

The YTMND link has apparently been hacked. Originally it was showing the actual update to her CL post where she posts a picture of her mount. The OP is almost certainly not aware that that link is now showing NSFW crap.
