What would you change??

Hi Guys.

I am looking at going over to AMD.

I want to know which parts i should keep and which to change.

Its purely going to be a gaming Rig, and used for nothing else at all.


P4 3.2EE 800FSB 2Mg L3.

I am looking at something to give equal or better perfromance, than my current set up.

I will be selling parts to fund new RIG..

Keep everything except the CPU, Motherboard and HSF. then get an Athlon FX53 +HSF and compatible motherboard and your ready to go, you will get better gaming performance, but it's a large amount of money for not that huge of an upgrade so you may just want to stay w/ what you have as the 3.2EE is certianly not slow by anymeans....

Athlon FX53 would be alot better then a P4 EE..

The EE is an awesome CPU, but i want to give AMD a go this time.
