What would you be willing to pay?

Hi everyone,
I`m looking for opinions on what I might expect to get for a car I am thinking about selling. Let me know what you would be willing to pay if you were shopping for this kind of car.

1987 Acura Integra RS
1.6L dohc engine w/ 131,000 miles
5 speed 2 door hatchback
I am the 2nd owner

Here are the pluses;
Timing belt and water pump replaced @ 128,000
new front struts
New front brakes (everything replaced)
No rust...not one speck, never wrecked
Interior is in good shape...no torn seats, cracked dash, etc
just passed inspection/emissions no problem
Tires are about 80% good


Here are the minuses;
Clutch is starting to get weak...you get on it, it will slip
A/C does not work, but is intact

I know what the book value is, but what do you think a realistic value is? all opinions welcome.

$500-700 depending on that clutch. Good ones go for $1350-1500 with a/c and no problems and good paint

Looks like alot of the expensive stuff has been replaced. It sounds to be in very reasonable shape, minus the clutch and A/C. I wouldn't pay more then $800 in it's current state, and if those 2 things were fixed I would be willing to pay up to about $1,400 or so, but that's pushing it.
