Ok in order to completely get rid of money you'd have to completely change most every human's perception of trade, wealth, jobs, etc. Hell you might have to change the definition of property itself.
First think of property. You'd have to change the notion that one needs an incentive to give somebody else property or certain objects. Think of food. Let's say there were two people. One has 100 apples. Another person has 0. There would have to be a way for the individual who has no apples to obtain apples (or any other kind of food) to eat from the person who has 100. Does the first person even have 100 apples in the first place in this new system? Is that the first person's property? What is property? A system where there is no money must be able to manage a system of exchange of some sort. How do people get food?
You might have to start at the beginning. To where there are just people and their environment. One constraint is that people have to eat food to survive. Then go from there.
