What would it take to get a Dungeon Keeper clone?

There are so many mod communities, people making a chrono trigger 2 game(that got shut down by Square)...

I'm surprised, with so many people that still talk about this game, that nothing like this has been done.

If EA won't make DK3(really, who wants them to be the publisher of it anyway?).. they would have to sell it.. and a studio would have to want to buy it.

I doubt harassing EA to get somebody making it would do anything.
So, what would it take to get an official DK3?

Or to get a clone?

Knowing what we do about EA, they would sue the pants off anyone who tried to make a game with underground lairs and fantasy creatures, even the Dungeons & Dragons people. Evil Genius got a pass because it was more about 60's spy movies.
And they wont sell the franchise because they dont want anyone else to make money from it.

They are pure evil.

Dungeon Keeper was generic enough that anyone could make a very similar game.

I hate saying it but as awesome as DKII was DKIII would suck because it was bullfrog that made the original game great and thanks to EA they dont exist anymore. I would rather they didnt make one, if they did it would have to be made by someone reputable like blizz or relic.
