What would happen if you drove away while a parking cop/meter maid was writting you a ticket?

Apparently you aren't aware of how many arrests come from traffic stops that are unrelated to the stop itself. Warrants, suspended/revoked licenses, etc. It's amazing how stupid wanted people drive...you'd think they'd be extra careful.

I don't believe the instance you're referring to involved a traffic stop. It's hard to pull over the wrong car.
