What would do this?

1.) plays mp3's and videos
2.) can access the internet with either 802.11b or g and has a built-in browser
3.) phone capability (cingular/at&t only) would be nice
4.) very useful and around or under $500
5.) fairly new, or will come out around may-july
6.) small and portable
