What would cause my computer to randomly reboot in uneven intervals?

This has been going on for weeks now but it is really getting to me.

I leave my computer on 24/7, but every two weeks or so I will come home to see that my computer has restarted. Checking the Event Log, it started 3 or more times in win2k in about two hours. For no reason.

Tonight it did it while I was working. I rebooted five times, for no reason. I am running a K7 Pro with the 1.6 BIOS.

BTW - I have "automatically reboot on Stop Errors" off.

I have a:
K7 Pro v. 1.6
Slot A Tbird 700 running at 800
256 MB Kingston PC100 ValueRAM CL2
Leadtek Winfast Geforce DDR, 6.31 NEDs
SB Live Value

and some other crap

Random restarts are usually caused by drivers or viruses.

Are you using ACPI on your system to enable standby mode? If you are, make sure you have the latest motherboard drivers and bios updates for your system. Also make sure you have the latest drivers (and correct ones) for your system devices, especially for your video card.

And obviously don't forget to run a virus scan with the latest auto-virus software.
