What would be the best Mid-Tower ATX case?

personally, inwin A500 is not as good as the S500 because the A500 has the powersupply parallel to the motherboard, blocking the airflow of the CPU cooler. I recommend the Yeong-Yang Lunar 5402 case. This is the only affordable mid tower (~50 bucks) that has room for TWO 120mm fans!!!!

Although the quality of its build isn't up to par to the likes of Addtronics or LiteOn.

I'd place a vote for the Antec SX1030, or SX830. They are both nice cases, with very good stock cooling (4*80mm, and the brackets are designed such that there is virtually no vibration from the fans, and hence little noise).

And yes, the FOP32 is loud compared to a Taisol HSF, because the FOP32 uses a YSTech 27cfm fan, which is a relatively high RPM fan. It's nowhere near as loud as a Delta fan, but it's still loud. The Taisol fans are great coolers for the noise they produce, a CGK is around equal to a FOP32 for less noise.

cheers

Probably the Fong Kai 603.

But those aluminum ones are nice. And expensive.

I was looking at a Taisol but it seems a little large and it looks like the space is a little tight around processor on the 8KTA3. Will it fit?

I like my CS802 PX3. Its the same case that 3dCool makes there Tornado 1000 overclocking cases. But without the blowholes. It looks really nice and is very very easy to work in toolless, motherboard tray, lots of room inside. Nothing on the motherboard blocked as with the Inwin A500 which i also like alot. I got it from A-pro hardware for like a hundred dollars.

vote for the inwin s500. Nice little case, well built. I just recieved mine from directron.com for 47 + shipping.. comes with an amd approved powersupple-only 250watts-. I would have gone with another iw-a500 but the darn power supply is in the way. :)

The Enlight 7237 gives you the best value for your dollar. They're reasonably priced, well-built, easy to work and the best for modding.

If you're not interested in much modding, the best mid-tower I've come across is the Fong Kai-603, reasonably priced, very quiet, good design. I used to have an Enlight 7237, and I have no reservations saying the Fong Kai-603 is an allround superior product.

I just built 4 computers for an office all using the InWin S500 case. Its pretty nice to work in, very few sharp edges, good size, and the PS is mounted normal unlike in the A500. I got them from www.mwave.com for $48 (w/o shipping) and it came with a 250watt PS :( A little low but suitable for what its going to be used for

What's your question really?

You subject is about "ATX Case" , Then you are talking about "HSF" !
