I need a real or newly coined word/phrase that starts with a "ta" that is a more creative way of communicating to customers that an issue is known and currently being addressed by development. Something with a more positive connotation than stating "this is a known bug" Maybe a euphemism of sorts, or any word or phrase that encompasses the fact that the company is working on the problem.
